Performing active recovery in a pool helps to reduce soreness, flushes out lactic acid and prevents a drop-off in performance. Your core will receive a deeper workout than you can get on land, improving both posture and balance.

HโshOโข by Erwin R. Gonzรกlez, is a musical fitness workout that delivers the Soul of Broadway and the Aliveness of New York City.
The name HโshOโข is a portmanteau of the chemical formula of water HโO๐ฆ+Broadway show ๐ญ. It all began as a shallow water, vertical fitness exercise class intended to be "less bootcamp" and more "CAMP".
As the popularity of this unconventional water aerobics program grew, it soon became a consistently waitlisted program offering at New York City's finest health clubs. Now the one-of-a-kind fitness events are hosted at NYC luxury coops, condos & rental properties. We also present private aquatic events.
From humble beginnings, the science-based, soul-nourishing, performance-enhancing musical workout has evolved. We offer more varieties of enter-train-ment experiences, both in-and-out of the water, connecting with athletes of all ages.
